The event "Global Compact Network Italy Foundation: objectives and activities" will be held in Milan on October 30th 2013. The meeting, which will take place from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the headquarters of FEEM – Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (Palazzo delle Stelline, Corso Magenta 63) is aimed at an in-depth analysis of the UN Global Compact (UNGC) and a presentation of the Global Compact Network Italy Foundation, established last June after ten years of activity of the Global Compact Network Italy with the primary aim of contributing to the development of the UNGC in Italy. More specifically, with regard to the second point, the specific objectives of the Foundation and the programs and activities that it implements involving organizations that are part of it will be presented as part of the meeting. To this end, the program of the meeting will be enriched by the testimonies of companies which, being Members, participate in the institutional life and the various initiatives of the Foundation.
