Once again this year, the Italian Network is implementing the local round of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator. This six-month training program equips companies with the knowledge and skills needed to set and achieve ambitious corporate goals for gender equality, with the aim of increasing the impact of SDG 5 (Gender Equality) under the UN 2030 Agenda.

Participating companies will have the opportunity to:

gain a clear understanding of the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs)

measure their gender equality performance and benchmark against other participating organizations

take part in capacity-building workshops and peer-to-peer learning sessions at the national level
