The D&I Observatory—established in 2021 at the initiative of the Italian Network members—aims to analyze emerging issues related to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), share challenges and best practices, and develop participatory guidelines.
Three thematic meetings are planned for 2026, featuring an initial expert panel followed by a peer-learning session; additionally, the initiative includes the preparation and sharing of brief outputs following each meeting, summarizing key takeaways and corporate best practices.
Highlights
The third meeting of the D&I Observatory will focus on the theme “LGBTQAI+ individuals and corporate value: the business case for inclusion beyond Pride”. The event will provide an opportunity to delve into the strategic value of LGBTQAI+ inclusion within organizations, moving beyond the symbolic dimension of Pride to explore tangible impacts, practices, and opportunities for businesses.
