The peer learning session (Module 1 and 2) in question aims to resume the contents of the global deep dive sessions 1 and 2 (Deep dive 1: understand the UNGPs, the due diligence process and determine where the company is in its human rights journey; Deep dive 2: analyze the value chain and identify potential negative impacts on human rights), thanks to the facilitation of Oxfam Italia.
The session includes: an introductory moment with institutional greetings from the sponsor and the UNGCNI Social Area Team, a frontal part of the content (curated by Oxfam), an operational part of group work (on a fictitious case study, to apply the notions learned) and a workshop organized by the International Labor Organization (ILO).
