In light of the complex international legislative landscape and the continuous evolution of European legislation on business and human rights, the Italian Global Compact Network is offering an interactive session on the topic as part of its Business & Human Rights Accelerator program. Open to all member companies, the webinar will feature contributions from two experts: Roberto Randazzo, lawyer at Legance, and Prof. Angelica Bonfanti of the University of Milan. During their presentations, the experts will answer questions from companies on Italian and European legislation and case law relating to human rights due diligence.
