ingranaggioOn March 8th, the "Anti-Corruption" Working Group’s 2016 work program was launched, which will focus on four main themes, previously identified by the Group as "potential areas of corporate risk". The first meeting of the year took place in Milan and focused on the topic of Anti-corruption management systems in firms.

The first part of the meeting was devoted to a theoretical study on the following specific areas:

  • Organizational models and management systems (legal aspects)
  • Integrated management systems
  • The GRC approach, an integrated model of "risk analysis"

During the second part of the day, the Group was involved in an activity of sharing and comparing  business experiences in the field.
The Working Groups will meet again in July, September and November. Upcoming meetings will be dedicated to the theoretical and empirical analysis of three new topics, which are as follows: Procurement focusing on negotiation/signing of purchase contracts (5th July); Relations with the public administration (13th September); Granting of utilities, donations, and humanitarian initiatives (11th November).
