Since Intesys's birth in February 1995, the founding members, that in this moment own the 95% of the company shares, have felt that being entrepreneurs and doing business hasn't coincided with the only objective to make profit and they have reputed that the success of an enterprise was measurable from less tangible factors but important like the orientation to the innovation, the confidence and the good reputation, the attention pay to the environmental's needed, the quality of the relationships with providers and customers, the creation of a good working place that was helpful for creating positive collaborative's relationships with and between the employees, and the capacity of building the growing and the wellbeing of the community.
