In line with the last three editions, The 2015 Integrated Report was prepared in accordance with the GRI G4 Guidelines – “Comprehensive option”, and the international framework on Integrated Reporting model set out by the International Integrated Reporting Council.

The document describes the Group as a whole, transparently providing business’ data and information, the results achieved in the economic-financial, social and environmental fields and the strategies adopted.

2015 was an important year for Atlantia, with the opening of the Variante di Valico one of Europe’s most important infrastructures of the last twenty years. Main work of Autostrade per l’Italia’s investment plan, the infrastructure unblocks one of the main bottlenecks of the Italian infrastructure system allowing, compared to the existing route, a 30% decrease in travel time and the reduction of approximately 100 million liters of fuel overall. During the year a strong acceleration was given to the capex plan of Fiumicino and Ciampino airports , which reached a new record high in traffic, despite the restricted operations at the Fiumicino airport due to the fire at Terminal 3 .
